The Director General of Telecommunications has examined a complaint by Energis Communications Ltd, in a letter to him dated 13 September 2002, that British Telecommunications PLC had infringed the Chapter II prohibition of the 1998 Competition Act. The complaint concerned BT's provision of its 'TotalCare' service and related matters.
The Director has concluded that BT did not breach Chapter II of the Act.
