Requesting a Short-form Opinion

Businesses considering making a request for a Short-form Opinion should approach the OFT informally to establish the best way to proceed.

For further information, contact:

Requests for Short-form Opinions will be considered as usual under the OFT’s prioritisation principles (pdf 121kb).

The OFT intends to keep its approach to Short-form Opinions under review to evaluate whether they achieve their objectives and are an efficient use of OFT’s limited resources.
