As a result of its market study into local bus services in the UK, the OFT is minded to refer the markets for the supply of local bus services in Great Britain, excluding London, to the Competition Commission for further investigation.
Before referring a market to the Competition Commission, the OFT is required to consult on its decision to refer the market.
