Competition disqualification orders

The OFT has published a consultation setting out proposed changes to its Guidance on the use of its powers to apply for director disqualification orders in competition cases.
The consultation considers the circumstances in which the OFT may apply for a disqualification order and the types of cases the OFT will focus on in future.
We would welcome comments from all our stakeholders, including business and consumer groups, legal and economic advisers as well as individual businesses.
