Summary

Specific OFT guidance on debt collection (OFT664) was first published in 2003 and updated in December 2006.

This consultation concerns the OFT's proposal to publish a revised version of that guidance, updated to take account of market developments, regulatory changes and other recently issued OFT guidance and draft guidance currently out to consultation.
