Response to the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission consultation on consumer redress for misleading and aggressive practices

The OFT welcomes the Law Commission's and the Scottish Law Commission's proposals on Consumer Redress for Misleading and Aggressive Practices and suggests that the proposals could go wider and cover the whole scope of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 ('CPRs').
