Response to the BIS consultation on implementing the timeshare, long-term holiday products, resale and exchange contracts directive

The OFT has responded to the BIS consultation on proposed regulations to implement EU Directive 2008/122/EC on Timeshare, Long-term Holiday products, etc.

We are supportive of these regulations and agree that a complete replacement of the current regime will make the legal position easier to understand.
