The OFT's Sale of Goods Act campaign aims to increase consumer-facing staff's knowledge of the Sale of Goods Act.
It's been one year since the launch of the Sales of Goods Act (SOGA) hub and its easy to understand guidance has proved popular with businesses.
Building on insights from the Drivers of Compliance research and OFT market study outputs, the Sale of Goods Act campaign is aiming to communicate with businesses about their need to better understand consumers' rights.
Developed in partnership with stakeholders and business partners, we have produced online training guidance for businesses: The Sale of Goods Act Hub. It contains easily accessible, easy to use, flexible, best practice advice.
The materials educate and train staff on consumer rights, enabling better and more informed interaction with customers.
