Index of best practice of LAATSN scheme operators

The OFT provides an index of best practice of LAATSN scheme operators regarding:

  • any best practice of procedures within the applicant schemes which are considered relevant to the applicant scheme, and
  • any practices within the applicant scheme which may serve as a useful benchmark of best practice and a developmental tool for other schemes.
