- Organisational structure
- The OFT's structure is arranged around markets, enabling us to look easily at whole markets and to use all the tools available to us to improve them if they are not operating effectively.
- OFT Board
- The OFT Board came into effect on 1 April 2003. The Board gives the OFT strategic vision and perspective, plus the range and depth of experience to ensure that its new powers are matched by proper accountability.
- Accountability
- The OFT is an independent competition and consumer protection authority, led by a Board consisting of a chairman, a chief executive, two executive directors and seven non-executive members.

- This data includes an organisation chart showing the structure of the OFT at a point in time and information on senior staff salaries and team structure.
