Consumer education project database

This form enables you to provide information about a project so that it can be included in the consumer education project database.

Please use the information below to help you complete your entry.

  • Please use the form for details of one project only. If you have several projects, complete the form for each project separately.
  • Please use sentence case to complete the form. Please don't write entirely in capital letters. 
  • If a box is not relevant to your project/ initiative please write N/A.  
  • If you're unsure about what to write in a particular box, you can contact us at consumereducationdatabase@oft.gsi.gov.uk to discuss your project/ initiative.You can contact us while you're submitting your entry or complete and submit the form and contact us after.
  • Your entry will not appear online immediately after you submit the form but we will aim to publish it within a week after you submit it to us.
