I moved to the OFT in 2007, having been a Partner in large law firm, Clifford Chance, to become Senior Director in Markets and Projects, Goods. I joined the OFT because of the impressive calibre and energy of the individuals I met at all levels before joining, and because I was motivated to work on projects I considered really mattered.

I am working within the Markets and Projects, Goods management team to embed project-centred processes and principles that will further enable us to achieve high-impact, high-quality, timely outcomes. We are also trying to enhance communications and team spirit - I believe committed teamwork is vital to achieving our goals. Where possible, I am working with project teams to help with key projects.

Since joining the OFT, I have been struck by the dedication and positive commitment of my colleagues. I am also very aware of the importance and relevance of the work done here. I am energised by being part of the OFT at this time.
