Annual Report

The Enterprise Act 2002 requires the OFT's Annual Reports and Resource Accounts to cover the financial year rather than the calendar year. Previous to this, the OFT made annual reports to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry covering each calendar year.

ANNUAL REPORT

This edition of the OFT's Annual Report covers a 12 month period from 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008. It can be downloaded below, along with the statistical annexes. All files are pdf.

Paper copies are sold by The Stationery Office on 0870 600 5522, price £18.55. It is House of Commons paper number HC 836 and was laid before Parliament on 21 July 2008.
