The OFT issued invitations for third party comments on the following mergers:
Completed acquisition by Gurit Holding AG of High Modulus International
Anticipated acquisition by Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc of HSBC Insurance Brokers Limited
Anticipated acquisition by Handicare AS of Minivator Group Limited
The OFT made a request to the European Commission to refer the UK aspects of the proposed joint venture between Orange UK and T-Mobile UK to the OFT.
The OFT cleared the anticipated acquisition by Co-operative Group Limited of the funeral directing business of GA Taylor Funeral Directors.
