Undertakings
Consultations - invitations to comment for reviews of undertakings
Under section 99 of the Enterprise Act 2002, the OFT has a duty to keep under review the carrying out of any enforcement undertaking, and shall from time to time to consider whether, by reason of any change of circumstances, an enforcement undertaking is no longer appropriate and whether one or more of the parties to it can be released from it or it needs to be varied or superseded by a new enforcement undertaking.
To help the OFT to carry out this duty, we invite comments from interested third parties - customers, suppliers and/or competitors - in order to assess the impact that changing the enforcement undertaking may have.
See undertakings consultations.
