Competition court cases - submissions

Lawyers are requested to make their case listing submissions using the downloadable form (Word file 34 kb). 

The form requests precise and particular information:

• all boxes marked with an asterisk must be completed
• please keep to the set word limits where indicated
• case listing submissions will only be accepted by email to courtcases@oft.gov.uk

For a case listing to be included on the database, at least part of the court's judgment must consider and rule upon points of competition law (CA98 and/or Articles 81/82).

Details of cases from earlier years will be accepted. This is in the interests of developing a comprehensive body of knowledge regarding UK competition litigation.

You may find it helpful to consult case listings already included as examples of acceptable content.

Submissions will be checked before being included on the database (for example, to avoid duplication). However, submitters remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submissions and that the information given is disclosable.
