EC Articles 84 and 85 - decisions

The OFT may make a decision following a notification for a decision or following its own investigation, which would establish whether the prohibitions in Article 81(1) or Article 82 have been infringed. In cases where an infringement of the prohibitions in Article 81(1) or Article 82 is found the OFT may give directions to bring the infringement to an end. Following notifications for a decision on an agreement the OFT may grant an exemption under Regulation 4.
