Enterprise Act - publications

The OFT is publishing a series of guidance documents[1] about the main competition and consumer provisions of the Enterprise Act.

We have also published a number of consultation papers[2] on the main provisions in the Act, and distributed them to appropriate organisations for comment.

These publications can be downloaded from this page. They are available as Adobe Acrobat files, for which you will need a copy of the Acrobat Reader software. This can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
