(ii) Following such divestment not to hold shares in British Petroleum in excess of the level specified in undertaking (i) above.

(iii) Pending such divestment:

(a) not to acquire any shares comprised in the share capital of British Petroleum, or any interest in any such shares; and

(b) not to exercise more than 9.9 per cent of the voting rights in British Petroleum.
