(i) Not to participate in any agreement (other than under the existing pooling arrangements) relating to rates or fares to be charged for the service of conveying road vehicles (other than goods vehicles, coaches or buses) and passengers accompanying them across the English Channel between ports in the United Kingdom not north of Felixstowe or west of Southampton, and ports in The Netherlands or Belgium or on the north coast of France not further west than Cherbourg ('Reference Services').

(ii) Except as provided under (i) above, not to hold any discussion relating to rates or fares to be charged for Reference Services with any other United Kingdom operator without arranging for a record thereof to be submitted within 30 days to the Director General.

(iii) Not to participate in any pooling arrangements relating to Reference Services except the existing pooling arrangements.

(iv) Not to participate in any extension of the scope of the existing pooling arrangements which involves additional operators, additional routes, or additional classes of business, within the category of reference traffic (including any catering or other receipts derived from the course of supplying Reference Services).
