(i) To dispose before 25 November 1988 of a sufficient number of advertising panels to ensure that the percentage share of panels in existence on 31 October 1987 in each television region which is held by MAI is reduced to that specified in paragraph 7.36 of the MMC report.

(ii) Not to acquire within four years (except by way of temporary charter) any rights in respect of panels disposed of in compliance with these undertakings.

(iii) If Regent Advertising Ltd fails to dispose of all the panels transferred to it by MAI before 25 November 1988, MAI shall before 31 December 1988 dispose of: (a) all its remaining interests in the display of posters on those panels and in the panels themselves to Regent Advertising Ltd; and (b) all its rights in shares of Regent Advertising Ltd.
