Details of order under section 3(2)(a) :
Acting on the authority of the Office of Fair Trading (the OFT) under paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 to the Enterprise Act 2002, I am satisfied that:
Ms Ambreen Gul of Skylord Properties Ltd, 321 High Road, Ilford, London has been convicted of offences involving violence and fraud and other dishonesty within the meaning of section 3(1)(a)(i) of the Estate Agents Act 1979.
Taking account of matters at paragraph 1 above I am satisfied that she is unfit to engage in estate agency work. I make an order prohibiting her from doing estate agency work.
The order shall not come into operation until any appeal under section 7 of the Act and any further appeal has been determined or the period in which such an appeal may be brought has expired.
