Details of order under section 3(2)(a) : 

1. Acting on the authority of the Office of Fair Trading (the OFT) under paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 to the Enterprise Act 2002, I am satisfied that
 
Mr Azim Malook,  formerly an employee at Haart Estate Agents, Dorking, Surrey, has committed offences involving fraud or other dishonesty as referred to in sections 3(1) (a) (i) of the Estate Agents Act 1979.

2. Taking account of matters at paragraph 1 above I am satisfied that he is unfit to engage in estate agency work. I make an order prohibiting him from doing estate agency work.

3. The order shall not come into operation until any appeal under section 7 of the Act and any further appeal has been determined or the period in which such an appeal may be brought has expired.
