Everything you need to promote the SOGA hub

The hub has been developed to help businesses decide whether regulations apply and, if so, what information should be provided to customers under these regulations. It also helps understanding of customers' rights and how to deal with customer complaints, refunds and returns.

For business support organisations and trade associations, the hub provides an up to date and useful source of reference when advising on this area of the law and materials to help promote the hub to businesses.

These materials can be viewed online or printed, or copied and pasted into other documents or online pages. Space is also provided for a business or organisation to add its branding. To use and promote the hub you could:

  • place the materials on your website and in newsletters
  • promote the hub directly to members and staff (emails, printed items)
  • link to the hub on your intranet/staff desktops
  • send a press release to trade and regional media
  • integrate the materials into your organisations' induction and training programmes.

We can also provide representatives from the OFT to speak at events visit your business and organisation to introduce and exhibit the SOGA hub.
