OFT publishes text of final decision in independent schools investigation

21 December 2006

On 23 November 2006, the OFT announced that it had issued a final decision and imposed penalties in its independent schools investigation - see press release 166/06. This decision has now been published in full and a copy is available on the CA98 Public Register.
