Consumer Concurrencies

We are leading a project to develop concurrencies with other enforcers of consumer protection legislation. The aim, as with the competition Concurrency Working Group is to:

• maximise resources
• identify and reduce gaps in enforcement/regulatory activities, and
• improve communication and understanding between concurrent consumer protection enforcers.
  

The intention is to develop a set of principles for closer working.
