Investigation into alleged dishonest price fixing of airline passenger fuel surcharges for long-haul passenger flights

In August 2008 the OFT charged four individuals with cartel offences under the Enterprise Act 2002 in connection with its criminal investigation into alleged dishonest price-fixing of fuel surcharges for long haul passenger flights.

All four defendants entered not guilty pleas at Southwark Crown Court on 13 July 2009. The trial is fixed to start on 12 April 2010.
