Non-confidential Decision published into OFT investigation into an alleged collective boycott and alleged price fixing by certain recruitment agencies
The OFT has completed its investigation into breaches of the Chapter I prohibition of the Competition Act 1998 by certain recruitment agencies.
On 30 September the OFT announced its final decision imposing fines totalling £39.27 million on six recruitment agencies for price-fixing and the collective boycott of another company in the supply of candidates to the construction industry.
On 13 November 2009 the OFT published the non-confidential version of this Decision.
