Small and medium sized enterprise (SME) banking review

The OFT has completed a review the undertakings clearing banks gave relating to the supply of banking services to SMEs following the 2002 Competition Commission report on SME banking.
Based on the OFT's advice, the Competition Commission has provisionally decided to lift price controls on the four main business banks in England and Wales.
