Want to hear more about Skilled to go?

If you are organising an event or conference or have a group who would like to find out more about Skilled to go, please let us know at toolkit.update@oft.gsi.gov.uk as we are always keen to hear about future events and can tailor a presentation to your needs.

If you missed our series of launch events in July and September you can find out more about Skilled to go in the following ways:

Northern Ireland

• The consumer education team will be speaking to Essential Skills Coordinators at a LSDA meeting on the 30 September 2008 in Belfast.

Scotland

• Skilled to go will be exhibiting at stand L23 at the Scottish Learning Festival, from 24 - 25 September 2008 at the SECC in Glasgow. Entry is free but you must register to attend by 22 September. See the Scottish Learning Festival website for further details.
• The consumer education team will be taking a workshop on Skilled to go at the SAEPSVS conference for teachers of Standard Grade SVS on 8 November 2008 in Tulliallan, Kilcardine.

England

• Presentation of Skilled to go to the AOSEC (Association of South East Colleges) at Bracknell and Wokingham College on 7 November 2008.
• Skilled to go will be at stand PZ-HH45 at The Education Show at the NEC in Birmingham from 26 - 28 March 2009.
